What do you get when you combine a passion for creating amazing short-term rental guest experiences, a love of community, and an appreciation for good Canadian maple syrup? You get Suite Hosts, a platform dedicated to helping Canadian short-term rental hosts make their businesses thrive. Founded by Brianne Hamilton and Kendra Badoe, two Canadian gals with a mission to provide a space where hosts can access resources, share experiences, and improve their offerings.
Brianne is a seasoned real estate investor with over 20 years of experience in the publishing and finance sectors. Her expertise lies in optimizing rental revenue, enhancing property aesthetics, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. She co-founded Junction House Getaways and Junction House Rentals, focusing on short to mid-term rentals in Canada and the United States.
Kendra brings a wealth of knowledge with over 20 years of experience in training and marketing, with a special focus on long-term rentals before pivoting to short-term rentals in response to Canada’s dynamic housing market. Her passion for hosting began with a lakeside retreat in Ontario, which evolved into managing properties for others, culminating in the creation of the Suite Harmony guest management company.
